Navjit Gill
Country Head of India Gentari
Navjit possesses 35 years of experience in the Power and Marine sectors, both as a Developer and Equipment seller. His last stint was with First Energy Pvt Ltd as CEO. Prior to First Energy, Navjit was the Chief commercial Officer at SB Energy from 2017 till 2021 where he joined post a 3-year stint with GE Renewables India Pvt Ltd as Regional General Manager-Sales.
Prior to GE, Navjit served as the Managing Director, Rolls-Royce Marine India Private Limited for 6 years till 2014 He is a recipient of the IDL Chemicals Gold Medal for his outstanding performance in the Master of Business Administration program with specialization in Finance.
Sharad Pungalia
MD & CEO Amplus Solar
Sharad Pungalia is the Managing Director and CEO of Amplus, Gentari India's C&I-focused renewable energy arm. With over 20 years of experience in the power and energy sector, Sharad has been pivotal in scaling Amplus to gigawatt-level operations. His proficiency in project development, commercial strategy, and finance has been fundamental to the company's operational excellence. Under Sharad’s leadership, Amplus has diversified its offerings from onsite and offsite solar solutions to holistic clean energy solutions, including energy storage, solar-wind hybrid systems, and distributed green hydrogen solutions.
Nikhil Thomas
CEO Gentari Green Mobility India
Nikhil is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of cross-functional experience in Leadership, Sales, Strategy, Operations, Finance, Product, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, and Start-ups. Guided by his philosophy of "creating order out of chaos," In 2015, Nikhil launched TruckEasy, an intracity trucking and delivery platform rapidly attracting significant investment from Tata Motors Ltd. As CEO, he led TruckEasy in managing high-volume transactions daily, enhancing the efficiency of urban logistics.
Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Green Mobility, Gentari India, Nikhil is committed to establishing the company as the go-to partner for B2B customers transitioning to fleet electrification.
Nitin Yadav
Head of Business Development India
Nitin has 16 Year of Marketing, Commercial and Business Development experience in Energy Sector and has extensively contributed to the development of Natural Gas & LNG ecosystem in the country. He has been part of the various policy decision in the Government and regulatory committees. Prior to Joining Gentari, Nitin was heading the Natural Gas & LNG business strategy division of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.
He is currently leading the Green Hydrogen and Derivatives business for Gentari as Head of Business Development & Commercial.
